Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues. This role plays a key part in delivering a professional front‑office experience and supporting daily business operations.
Responsibility
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Manage visitor access, badges and compliance with visitor policies
- Answer and direct telephone calls efficiently
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services
- Manage meeting room bookings and parking requests
- Assist internal and external customer enquiries
- Maintain the telephone directory and reception area
- Provide general administrative and front‑office support
Profile
- HSC or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using computers and office systems
- Well‑organised, calm under pressure and customer‑focused
- Able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and care
- Role suited to individuals who enjoy working with people and adding value
