Job Description
Greet and welcome customers professionally upon arrival.
Handle incoming calls and schedule customer bookings and appointments.
Handle customer feedback calls and communicate concerns to Service Advisors.
Assist and attend to walk-in customers at reception.
Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks within the Service Department.
Monitor and update employee attendance records.
Manage petty cash and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Coordinate internal jobs including Car Wash and PDI activities.
Follow up with departments to ensure internal jobs are completed on time.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems accurately.
Control DMS gate passes for invoiced vehicles.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of job-related documentation.
Act as backup for cashier duties when required.
