Job Description

1. POSITION PURPOSE

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through active sales efforts, client engagement, and promotion of the Company’s products and services.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven approach to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Sales Generation & Target Achievement

  • Actively promote and sell the Company’s products and services 

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as defined by Management 

  • Identify new sales opportunities and market segments 

  • Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales 


2.2 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners 

  • Provide accurate information and professional advice to customers 

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention 

  • Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner 


2.3 Market Development & Business Growth

  • Identify potential clients, including corporate, group, and walk-in customers 

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence 

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends 

  • Contribute to promotional campaigns and business development initiatives 


2.4 Coordination with Operations

  • Ensure proper communication of bookings, reservations, and client requirements to operations teams 

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery 

  • Follow up on service execution to ensure client satisfaction 


2.5 Reporting & Sales Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions 

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to Management 

  • Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement 

  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and agreements 


2.6 Compliance & Professional Conduct

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes 

  • Maintain professionalism and represent the Company positively at all times 

  • Ensure confidentiality of client and business information 


2.7 Ancillary Duties

  • Perform any other duties reasonably related to the role as may be assigned by Management 

  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns 

  • Assist in business development projects and initiatives 

  • Provide support during peak operational periods where required


3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance shall be assessed based on, but not limited to:

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue generation 

  • Conversion rate of leads to confirmed sales 

  • Client acquisition and retention

  • Customer satisfaction levels

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting

  • Contribution to business development initiatives


4. Performance Monitoring

Performance shall be continuously monitored by Management against the above KPIs.

Failure to meet the required standards may result in corrective actions, including disciplinary measures, in accordance with Company policies and applicable employment legislation.
