Our group range of services include establishment of trusts and trustee services, estate planning, family offices, corporate structing, company formation, secretarial, management, administration, accounting, fund establishment and administration, and relocation services.

 

Compliance Executive and Data Protection Officer

 §  Assist the Compliance Officer and D/MLRO for the company, regulated entities of the Group and client companies.

§  Assist in the development, implementation and administration of all aspects of the organisation AML/CFT compliance program and ensure the organisation adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements including other regulation compliance such as data protection, etc and oversee the quality of deliverable services.

§  Review onboarding documentation and conducting CDD/EDD and assist in an efficient turnaround of client onboarding

§  Perform ongoing compliance monitoring reviews and assist the teams in achieving legal regulatory compliance, and international good practice standards, and deliver regular reporting to the Compliance Officer / Management.

§  Possess strong knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations with excellent organisation skills to handle work in an efficient manner.

§  Possess working experience in the field of trust and corporate administration would be an advantage.

Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with a minimum 3 years’ experience gained in the industry.

Candidates should be confident in their ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with their peers, clients and stakeholders in both English and French.
