Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Development Specialist to support workforce development initiatives across our operations and contribute to the growth and development of our people.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop, design, coordinate, and implement workforce training and development programmes aligned with operational and site requirements
• Support onboarding and integration initiatives to help employees transition effectively into the organisation and operational environment
• Identify training and competency development needs in collaboration with site management and department heads
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Support employee engagement and workforce development initiatives across operational sites
• Assist in workforce planning and development activities to support operational requirements
• Provide support with recruitment activities when required, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up
• Contribute to HR development projects and support broader HR initiatives across the organisation
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Learning & Development, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within workforce development, training, or recruitment
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships across operational teams and sites
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong interest in workforce capability development within a labour-intensive environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
