Preffered Qualitfications
  • Diploma in HRM or any other acceptable qualifications is preferred.
  • Computer literacy including hotel management system.
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:
  • 2-3 years’ working experience in HR.
  • Conversant with prevailing legislation, policies & procedures (RO/WRA/OSHA).

Purpose of the Role:
  • Assist People Operations Manager in the day to day running of the HR function & supports management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the maintenance and adherence to the established welfare calendar and ensure 100% achievement.
  • Coordinate and participate in various committee, Staff Welfare Events & Functions and CSR Activities as requested.
  • Ensuring payroll transactions for new recruits are well computed.
  • Assist and advise TMs/HODs on HR matters.
  • Ensure that all salary increases / promotions are as per SOP, update HR records accordingly and follow up with PHRSA.
  • Participate in S&H Committee and actions.
  • Coordinate Transport of all TM with Transport Provider and sort out all TM Transport issues.
  • Assist relevant managers in coordinating training events or programs.
  • Be responsible for the Training Management System- data record and HRDC refunds.
  • Assist on conducting Exit & Return to Work Interview with TM.
  • Ensure that all actions and measures taken are in line with prevailing labour laws.
  • Assist in implementation of all HR Survey.
  • Monthly reconciliation of medical Insurance
