Job Description
· Supervises
activities of staff and allocates tasks responsibilities for the Mini Club and
Entertainers Team Member in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction during
performances.
· Assists
the Leisure Manager with organising and facilitating on-the-job training and
coaching sessions in order to develop knowledge and competencies.
· Provides
regular feedback to Team Members on their performance.
· Conducts
regular briefings and monthly meetings with the Entertainment team members to
share information and handle any working issues.
· Takes
corrective actions when necessary, and reports misconduct and unsafe work
practices immediately to superiors.
· Verifies
that all delegated duties are carried out in accordance with the Hotel’s
standards and check lists, and with Management instructions.
· Oversees
the efficient implementation and execution of all SOP(s) at all times.
· Monitors
compliance of Team Member with grooming, hygiene and safety regulations and
procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- SC
- Diploma
in Leisure Management/Hotel Management
EXPERIENCE
- 2
years at a supervisory level

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- A Clean
Certificate of Character is a must.
- Food Handlers’
Medical Certificate.
- Excellent written
and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Good Personality
