THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support that keeps our supply chain running smoothly across EU, UK and US Amazon marketplaces. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately input and maintain purchase order data, shipment details, and stock records in the company's systems

• Maintain organised filing of supplier invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

• Update inventory trackers and logistics dashboards as directed by the Team Lead

• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and shipping documentation

• Coordinate with suppliers for document collection including certificates of origin and customs paperwork

• Follow up on pending deliveries and communicate status updates to the Team Lead and Specialist

• Support the team with general administrative tasks as required

• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent qualification

• High accuracy and strong attention to detail, particularly in data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency

• Good written communication skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

NICE TO HAVE

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

• Prior experience in a logistics, administrative, or operational support role

• Familiarity with e-commerce or Amazon operations
