- Handle all incoming, outgoing calls

- Assist Guest in dealing with foreign currencies

- Ensure proper delivery of all messages to Guests

- Arrange with porter for collection of luggages

- Arrange whenever necessary, transport for Guests
to airport

- Prepare check-in & check out procedure for all
guests

- Keep Guests updated on all relevant information

- Operate the telephone system

- Prepare guest’s invoice and receive payment for
settlement of accounts before checkout
