Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Sales & Launch Team Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of Amazon products across our EU, UK and US marketplaces. This is a high-impact role where you will define and execute the sales strategy, manage advertising campaigns, lead new product launches, and drive revenue and profitability for your assigned portfolio. You will be supported by a dedicated Specialist and will work closely with the Product Development team to ensure every launch is executed to the highest standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for your assigned product portfolio across Amazon EU, UK and US

• Own the portfolio P&L — drive revenue, manage ad spend budgets, and hit gross margin targets

• Plan, build, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across all marketplaces

• Lead new product launch planning and execution — from keyword strategy and listing go-live to initial PPC campaigns and ranking sequences

• Monitor BSR, organic ranking, buy box performance, and marketplace health metrics

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal events

• Ensure all listings are fully optimised and troubleshoot catalogue/listing issues proactively

• Collaborate with Procurement & Logistics to align replenishment with sales forecasts and launch timelines

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the General Manager

• Manage and mentor the assigned Ecommerce Sales Specialist

• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts

• Proven track record of growing Amazon revenue through PPC and listing optimisation

• Experience launching new products on Amazon and executing ranking strategies

• Experience managing advertising across multiple Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, US)

• Deep understanding of Amazon's A9/A10 algorithm and ranking drivers

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

• Commercial mindset with ability to own and manage a P&L

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with third-party Amazon tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue, or similar)

• Experience managing a team member or mentoring a junior colleague

• Familiarity with Amazon DSP or external traffic strategies
