Duties & Responsibilities

·       To use ICT in the performance of duties

·       To codify items upon orders

·       To receive ordered Material upon arrival and Verify quantity and their physical outside condition.

·       To confirm reception of material on cost sheets on external orders.

·       To inform Project Manager/Engineer or Sales accordingly upon arrival of material.

·       To Inform clients by email/phone upon arrival of material unless PE or Sales rep confirms delivery.

·       Ensure appropriate codification and classification of material in the store.

·       Ensure proper housekeeping of the store.

·       To prepare invoices for direct sales materials from stock

·       To do a monthly Inventory.

·       To deliver and issue from Dynamics materials from Store following a requisition from PEs on Jobs.

·       Prepare a delivery note for Clients and deliver materials accordingly.

·       To manage the stock of the general tools in the store and keep the tools list updated.

·       To manage the stock OOS and send a copy of the updated list to all. (to be transferred to Dynamics)

·       To deliver and issue from Dynamics Messing consumables to driver.

Requirements

·       Minimum SC

·       A valid driving licence would be an advantage

·       Good Level of written & verbal French and English
