INDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 The Indoor Sales Representative shall attend to the needs of and provide an outstanding shopping experience to each person who has contact with any of the Sofap Inspirations Store.

 PROFILE

 ·       Holder of a minimum a School Certificate/Higher School Certificate or equivalent

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

·       Training will be provided to candidates that are selected even without relevant experience

 OTHER REQUISITES

 ·       Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (French and English)

·       Strong commercial acumen

·       Customer focused and creative with a firm commitment to service excellence

·       Team oriented with good leadership skills

·       Sound organisational and analytical skills

·       Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines

·       A valid driving licence (private car) would be an advantage

 

Candidates should be available to work on weekends and odd hours as and when required.
