PONCINI Group is a well-established Mauritian company specializing in luxury jewellery, watches, and high-end retail experiences, with a heritage dating back to 1940. The Group is renowned for its expertise in craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional customer service across its various business activities. With several boutiques across the island, PONCINI offers exclusive handmade jewellery, alongside internationally renowned watch brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and more, complemented by high-quality after-sales services. As part of its operations, the Group also includes Parure Limitée, which plays a key role in the retail of jewellery and related products, supporting both production and commercial activities. In addition, Parure boutiques, a prestigious brand within the Group, have been recognized for over 30 years as a reference within Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius, offering a refined selection of high-end jewellery and luxury watch collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules
• Work on Odoo views, models, reports, workflows, access rights, and automations
• Manage Odoo.sh / GitHub deployment workflows, including staging and production releases
• Support Odoo version upgrades (testing, compatibility checks, migration of modules)
• Develop and maintain website features and integrations
• Analyse business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to gather requirements
• Propose practical improvements to workflows and systems
• Train users on new features and prepare user guides
• Support reporting, data extraction, and integrations
• Coordinate with external consultants when required
• Ensure proper testing before deployment
• Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation

Required Profile

• Strong experience in Python development
• Experience in Odoo development (Odoo 18 / 19 is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of:
  • Odoo ORM
  • XML and QWeb reports
  • Security groups and record rules
• Experience with Git / GitHub
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL databases
• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, e-commerce)
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into system solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to train users and document procedures
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and AI agents is a strong advantage

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
