Division

The International division at SD Worx delivers payroll and HR solutions to international organizations. To support our commercial operations, we are strengthening our Salesforce application support capabilities.

Role

As a Salesforce Application Support professional, you play a key operational role in ensuring accurate data management, smooth sales support processes, and reliable reporting within Salesforce. You support Sales and Bid Office teams by maintaining high data quality, enabling correct opportunity setup, and ensuring administrative and contractual processes run efficiently.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and close collaboration with Sales, Bid Management, and Data Quality teams.

Tasks

Salesforce data maintenance

  • Create and maintain accounts and account groupings.

  • Create new opportunities and update existing opportunities upon request (e.g. adding or removing products).

  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and consistency in collaboration with the Data Quality team.

Sales & commercial support

  • Create international billing tasks for sales colleagues.

  • Provide administrative support within the Bid Office environment.

  • Support sales teams with Salesforce‑related requests and operational follow‑up.

Contract & opportunity support

  • Verify key contractual and commercial details.

  • Prepare and send contracts for signature in line with internal procedures.

Reporting & dashboards

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce.

  • Work closely with the Data Quality team to ensure consistent, reliable reporting.

Skills

  • Experience in Salesforce application support, sales operations, or a similar administrative support role.

  • Comfortable working with Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and opportunity management.

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

Competences

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working.

  • Able to manage repetitive data tasks with care while handling ad‑hoc requests efficiently.

  • Proactive, service‑oriented, and able to collaborate with Sales, Bid Office, and Data Quality teams.

  • Stress‑resilient, able to work effectively under time pressure and changing priorities.

  • Clear and professional communication towards internal stakeholders.
