WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN SUPPORT

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist & Admin Support to join our company.

The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming front office experience while providing efficient administrative support for daily office operations.

 Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logs
• Manage courier services and office communications
• Provide general administrative support
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)
• Maintain filing systems and confidential documents
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments

Requirements:
• 5–8 years’ experience in reception or administrative support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer service mindset
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
