We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enforce the company’s Safety, Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company procedures
  • Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Monitor operational activities and promote a strong safety culture
  • Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness sessions
  • Prepare and maintain SHE reports, permits, records, and documentation
  • Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities
  • Promote environmental awareness and sustainable work practices
  • Work closely with management, supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and clients

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to implement and maintain SHE procedures and systems
  • Professional HSE certifications will be considered an advantage
  • Holder of a valid driving licence
  • Good communication skills in English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting

Experience
