- Petro Contracting Ltd mainly operates within ports, terminals, airports, depots,
industrial facilities, and high-risk operational environments.
- Petro Services Ltd focuses more on retail operations, commercial clients, B2B
services, maintenance, and customer support activities.
We are currently looking for a motivated and
professional Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Coordinator to join
our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a career

Key Responsibilities
- Support and enforce the company’s Safety, Health
& Environment Management System (SHEMS)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client
requirements, and company procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments,
and safety audits
- Monitor operational activities and promote a
strong safety culture
- Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and
corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety
awareness sessions
- Prepare and maintain SHE reports, permits,
records, and documentation
- Participate in emergency preparedness and
response activities
- Promote environmental awareness and sustainable
work practices
- Work closely with management, supervisors,
employees, subcontractors, and clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in
Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or
related field
- Good understanding of health, safety, and
environmental regulations
- Ability to implement and maintain SHE procedures
and systems
- Professional HSE certifications will be
considered an advantage
- Holder of a valid driving licence
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting

Experience
Experience in the Safety, Health & Environment
