Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet refinery maintenance KPI and report on any shortfall of maintenance schedule.
- Organize the daily work of mechanics, ensuring that all corrective tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
- Follow up on equipment and plan the replacement of spare parts.
- Create, standardize, implement and follow-up of preventive maintenance plan.
- Maintain and monitor a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts ensuring that the safety stock for each part is maintained.
- Keep track of maintenance history of the plant's equipment.
- Promote environmental consciousness and monitor environmental issues.
- Promote Health and Safety in accordance with health and Safety policy in place.
- Carry out all tasks by minimizing or eliminating any adverse impact to the environment whenever possible.

Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field may be an advantage.
