Job Description
Espace Maison Ltée (Tamarin Shop) is seeking a customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations, telephone queries, loyalty programmes, and cash handling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk
- Promote and administer loyalty cards to customers
- Manage all telephone operations, including handling queries and requests
- Assist in the efficient provision of After-Sales Services to customers
- Manage cash/cheque deposits and process returns of products from customers
- Act as alternate at the cash desk when required
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Computer literate
- Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Well organised and methodical
