Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Providing accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.

Job Purpose

v  To be the After Sales first point of contact with our clients and to act in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

v  Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.

v  To ensure daily operations relating to the smooth running of a good after sales service.

v  Provides an administrative and clerical support and service to the After Sales department.


Main Accountabilities

ACCOUNTABILITY     :   Customer Service

 

Key Responsibilities

v  To provide excellent service consistent with Nabridas’ core service standards

v  Receive clients in After Sales office to give advice & support to the service provided

v  Provide general info and schedule intervention

v  To communicate to clients  the work that has been done by technician

v  Ensure that the level of service provided is at the highest level at all times and keep clients informed of any change in the planning and intervention

v  Handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure customers’ satisfaction

v  Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions

   

ACCOUNTABILITY     :  After Sales Admin Support

 

Key Responsibilities

v  To ensure that the communication between outdoor technician & client are running smoothly

v  To receive defect equipment and send it to store for reparation by technician then coordinate delivery/installation to client when repaired

v  Reply or schedule mail request sent by clients

v  Organise the daily booking of working orders and confirm with clients

v  Ensure that technician have the fittings which are required for intervention on the next day

v  Create & print daily work orders

v  Provide assistance to the After Sales Officer as and when required

 

 

ACCOUNTABILITY     :   Administration

 

Key Responsibilities

v  Performs clerical duties and provides administrative support such as:

-       Requesting verbal or official quotes with clients and send to sales secretary             for a quotation

-       To check work order given by technician and see if there are request quote and status of work in progress

-       Follow up of quotes confirmation

 

 

 

 Qualifications, Profile, Skills and Experience

 v  Higher school certificate.

v  A minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service.

v  Enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and customer service Oriented.

v  Pleasant and extrovert personality; Motivated and Focused.

v  Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners.

v  Grooming with a professional and neat appearance will be an essential criteria for this job.

v  Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.

v  Computer literate with ability to learn new software.

v  Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.

v  Able to work independently and in team.

v  Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
