Videographer – Nature & Adventure Park

Position Purpose

The Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality video footage of visitors, attractions, activities, and experiences across the park. The role supports the promotion of the park’s services and enhances the visitor experience through engaging and professional video content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.


Key Responsibilities

Videography Services

  • Capture high-quality video footage of visitors, attractions, adventure activities, and events.
  • Ensure proper framing, lighting, camera movement, and sound quality to achieve professional video results.
  • Produce engaging and visually appealing content aligned with the company’s branding and standards.
  • Record dynamic footage suitable for promotional campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

Video Editing & Content Creation

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality final video content.
  • Add basic transitions, music, captions, graphics, and effects where required.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Support the marketing team during campaigns, launches, and special events.
  • Participate in creative planning and contribute ideas for visual storytelling and content development.

Guest Interaction & Experience

  • Interact with visitors in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner during filming sessions.
  • Guide guests during recordings to ensure quality footage and positive experiences.
  • Ensure all interactions contribute positively to the overall customer experience of the park.

Sales Support (where applicable)

  • Promote videography services or video packages to visitors where applicable.
  • Provide information on available products and services.
  • Support upselling initiatives and assist at service counters when required.

Equipment Management

  • Ensure the proper use, care, and safekeeping of videography equipment, including cameras, stabilisers, drones, microphones, lighting equipment, accessories, and related devices.
  • Ensure all equipment is used strictly for authorised operational purposes only.
  • Report any malfunction, damage, or loss of equipment to the Head of Department or designated person.
  • Ensure equipment is securely stored and maintained in proper working condition.

Operational Support

  • Participate in all videography-related operations and activities across the park.
  • Assist in setting up filming locations, equipment, lighting, and designated shooting areas.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, events, promotional campaigns, and special assignments.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in videography, video editing, or content creation, preferably within tourism, hospitality, events, or leisure environments.
  • Proficiency in handling video equipment and editing software.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
  • Good understanding of lighting, sound, and video production techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, energetic, and comfortable working in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience with drone operations and social media content creation is an advantage.
