Position Purpose

The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of visitors, attractions, activities, and experiences across the park. The role contributes to enhancing the guest experience while supporting the company’s marketing and promotional activities through professional visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Photography Services

• Capture high-quality photographs of visitors, attractions, and adventure activities.
• Ensure proper composition, lighting, angles, and positioning to deliver professional results.
• Maintain consistent visual standards aligned with the company’s branding and image.
• Select and organise photos for operational and promotional use.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

• Assist in creating visual content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Support the marketing team during events, campaigns, and special activities.
• Contribute creative ideas for photography concepts and promotional content.

Guest Interaction & Experience

• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner during photography sessions.
• Guide visitors to achieve quality photographs and memorable experiences.
• Ensure all guest interactions contribute positively to the park’s customer experience.

Sales Support (where applicable)

• Promote photography products, prints, or packages to visitors.
• Provide information regarding available photography services and offers.
• Assist with upselling opportunities and support sales counters when required.

Equipment Management

• Ensure the proper use, care, and safekeeping of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, accessories, and related devices.
• Use all equipment strictly for authorised operational purposes only.
• Report any malfunction, damage, or loss of equipment to the Head of Department or designated person.
• Ensure equipment is securely stored and maintained in proper working condition.

Operational Support

• Participate in all photography-related operations and activities across the park.
• Assist in setting up photography locations, equipment, and designated areas when required.
• Provide operational support during peak periods, special events, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in photography, preferably within tourism, hospitality, events, or leisure environments.
• Good knowledge of photography techniques, camera handling, and lighting principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, energetic, and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of photo editing software is an advantage.
