 Field Project Coordinator - ELV Systems

We are looking for a motivatedField Project Coordinatorto support execution of projects across enterprise and hospitality site. The role involves coordinating technicians, supervising ELV installations (LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, Structured Cabling, GPON/XGSPON), and acting as the main point of contact on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work aligns with project plans.
• Supervise installation of cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders such as Consultants, Project Managers, Main Contractors and the likes.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and snag management.
• Support engineers with testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth execution.

Requirements

• Experience in ELV/ICT/cabling projects preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret ELV/network drawings and lead field teams.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related field.
