We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Infrastructure to lead and evolve our technology infrastructure environment. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our enterprise infrastructure while driving modernization and operational excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s infrastructure strategy and roadmap
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives
• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and operational best practices
• Align infrastructure capabilities with business priorities and growth plans

Infrastructure Operations

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of systems and networks
• Manage monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Maintain operational KPIs and service level objectives

Security & Compliance

• Partner closely with cybersecurity and risk teams
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards
• Oversee patch management, backups, access controls, and vulnerability remediation
• Support audit readiness and business continuity planning

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing infrastructure and operations teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Manage workforce planning, performance management, and technical development

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage infrastructure vendors, MSPs, and technology partners
• Oversee infrastructure budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Evaluate and implement new infrastructure technologies and solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, networking, systems, virtualization, and security
• Experience with infrastructure automation and modern operational practices
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, CISSP, CCNP, VMware, or ITIL
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformation programs
• Exposure to DevOps, containerization, and enterprise architecture practices
