Job Description:

• Integration and Deployment: Implement and deploy advanced enterprise-grade LAN/WAN network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Field Support: Assist in the on-site deployment and configuration of enterprise-grade network equipment, including high-end switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and other industry-standard technologies and solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Assist in development and maintenance of comprehensive design and technical documents, including Statements of Work (SoW), Low-Level Designs (LLD), High-Level Designs (HLD), schematics, and technical reports, as needed.
• Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on customer sites, adhering to quality and timeline expectations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging technologies and advancements to maintain expertise in the evolving networking field.
• Flexibility and Travel: Demonstrate adaptability regarding working hours and travel requirements, accommodating customer locations and downtime schedules.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to clients locally and regionally, ensuring top-tier service delivery as part of a collaborative team.
