Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on catering equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and technical faults and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor daily technical operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted activities
• Coordinate and support technicians in maintenance and repair works
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely
• Plan and follow up on maintenance schedules and breakdown interventions
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
• Maintain proper maintenance records and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Liaise with suppliers and external contractors when required

Profile & Qualifications :

• Diploma / Higher National Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar technical role, preferably in catering, hospitality, or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment systems
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
