Job Description
Job purpose
Recording of receipts from clients
as well as allocation of the receipts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Invoicing
- Liaise with all concerned
departments for billing requirements.
- Prepare/ review invoices on a
monthly basis.
- Issue credit notes after being
satisfied with the reason and available supporting documents.
- Attend to client queries
related to invoicing.
Administration
- Supervise the work of the
accounts receivable team onto a day-to-day basis by planning and
coordinating their tasks and evaluating their performance.
- Coach the accounts receivable
team.
- Prepare management information
for the procurement committee.
- Prepare schedules for
management pack.
Any cognate duties as may be
necessary in the circumstances required by the employer.
Qualifications & Experience required

ACCA Level 1
