Sales Project Executive – Client Relationship & Account Management

Are you passionate about client relationships, solution-based sales, and project coordination?
Join an international and dynamic environment where you will manage and grow existing client accounts through tailored training solutions and excellent customer experience.

This is a client management / Farmer sales  focused on relationship building, client retention, and account development — not cold prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop an existing client portfolio alongside Key Account Managers
  • Understand client needs and prepare tailored commercial proposals
  • Ensure regular follow-up and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate training projects with internal teams and trainers
  • Monitor opportunities and updates through the CRM
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Profile

  • 1 to 5 years’ experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or  sales project coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Client-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Professional level in French and English required
  • Experience in training, education, HR services, consulting, or B2B services is an asset
