• Assisting in the recruitment process by liaising with hiring managers and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Conducting reference checks and managing onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Supporting employee engagement activities and contributing to the development of HR policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or Licence Bac +3 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
