Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist guests during activities and tours
• Ensure guest safety and compliance with operational procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and activity briefings
• Assist with equipment checks and operational readiness
• Support daily operations and guest experience activities

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in tourism, leisure, or adventure activities is an advantage
