Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive - Leasing to manage and grow relationships with corporate and SME customers, including second‑hand and reconditioned car dealers. This role focuses on building long‑term, trusted partnerships by delivering reliable service, timely risk decisions, and strong operational support. You will play a key role in expanding the business portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sustainable growth through detailed business insights and customer‑focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and SME clients, with a strong focus on asset‑based solutions
  • Build long‑term, trusted relationships by providing responsive, reliable, and professional support
  • Acquire new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients and dealers
  • Conduct regular client and dealer visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver targeted sales presentations aligned with client objectives
  • Manage client applications end‑to‑end, ensuring timely follow‑up and high‑quality delivery
  • Communicate agreed pricing, service standards, and key updates to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all client files and documentation
  • Monitor and manage the debtor and lease portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Support clients with motor insurance quotations and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Contribute to business growth through detailed reviews, insights, and successful sales campaigns

Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in marketing, business, management, sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the financial services and banking environment
  • Ability to analyse financial information and assess business needs
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills in English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Awareness of national policies and market dynamics affecting customers
  • Valid driving licence
