Job Summary

This is a support-level professional role within the Business Performance & Analytics Department. The incumbent contributes to the effectiveness of the function by ensuring that data collection, workshop coordination, documentation, dashboard updates, registers, logs and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time. The role is suitable for an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong reporting, documentation and coordination skills, and an interest in business performance, analytics, process improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1) KPI Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Supports the collection, consolidation and reporting of KPI data to help ensure accurate performance tracking and timely management reporting.
2) Process Documentation and Governance
  • Assists in documenting, updating and maintaining processes, policies and registers to support standardization and good governance.

3) Continuous Improvement Support

  • Provides coordination and follow-up support for continuous improvement activities, including workshops, findings logs and action tracking.

4) Risk Management and Compliance Support

  • Supports risk and compliance activities through workshop coordination, risk register updates, and assistance with control checks and testing.

5) Technology and Project Coordination Support

  • Assists with the coordination of digital and technology-related initiatives by updating dashboards, maintaining inventories and following up on actions.
  • Participate in AI Projects.

6) Stakeholder Coordination and Administrative Support

  • Provides administrative and coordination support to the department through meeting preparation, minute taking, record keeping and stakeholder follow-up.

Profile Requirement

 Educational Requirement :

  • Diploma in Business Management or related fields (BAC+2)

Work Experience:

  •         6 months - 2 years in related field.

Key Competencies

  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Work/PowerPoint/Outlook /AI tools
  •  Knowledge of Lean management Principle will be an advantage
  • Driving License.
