Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for a Business Performance & Analytics Officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.
Job Summary
This is a support-level
professional role within the Business Performance & Analytics Department.
The incumbent contributes to the effectiveness of the function by ensuring that
data collection, workshop coordination, documentation, dashboard updates,
registers, logs and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on
time. The role is suitable for an organized and detail-oriented individual
with strong reporting, documentation and coordination skills, and an interest
in business performance, analytics, process improvement and compliance.
Key
Responsibilities
1) KPI Reporting and Performance
Monitoring
- Supports the collection, consolidation and reporting of KPI data to help ensure accurate performance tracking and timely management reporting.
- Assists in documenting, updating and
maintaining processes, policies and registers to support standardization
and good governance.
3) Continuous Improvement
Support
- Provides coordination and follow-up
support for continuous improvement activities, including workshops,
findings logs and action tracking.
4) Risk Management and
Compliance Support
- Supports risk and compliance
activities through workshop coordination, risk register updates, and
assistance with control checks and testing.
5) Technology and Project Coordination
Support
- Assists with the coordination of
digital and technology-related initiatives by updating dashboards,
maintaining inventories and following up on actions.
- Participate
in AI Projects.
6) Stakeholder
Coordination and Administrative Support
- Provides administrative and coordination support to the department through meeting preparation, minute taking, record keeping and stakeholder follow-up.

Requirement
Educational
Requirement :
- Diploma
in Business Management or related fields (BAC+2)
Work Experience:
- 6 months - 2 years in related field.
Key
Competencies
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Proficient
in Excel/Work/PowerPoint/Outlook /AI tools
- Knowledge of Lean management Principle will
be an advantage
- Driving
License.
