We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Financial Controller to join a fast-growing international business with ambitious expansion plans across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader with strong international exposure who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and is capable of supporting business launches, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial leadership, operational oversight, reporting, and business analysis while partnering closely with senior management on global growth projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Develop detailed financial analysis, forecasting models, dashboards, and strategic business reports for senior leadership
• Support the setup and financial structuring of new business operations in international markets
• Drive budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and performance monitoring across multiple entities
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and business expansion initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Contribute to process improvements, system implementation, and the development of scalable financial structures to support global growth

Candidate Profile

• Fully ACCA qualified - (Non-qualified candidates will not be considered)
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller and/or Finance Manager within an international or multi-entity environment
• Strong exposure to international business operations, global reporting, and cross-border financial management
• Experience supporting business launches, market expansion, or setting up operations in new countries would be a strong advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving business environments
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret large data sets and produce high-level strategic analysis
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-oriented
