Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Port Louis as a Financial Administrative Officer and play a key role in our Accounting, Auditing, and Tax Services division. In this full-time position, you will contribute to delivering exceptional financial solutions to a diverse clientele while supporting the company’s financial operations and growth.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and assisting with audits and tax-related matters. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely reporting, smooth financial processes, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing daily accounting and financial operations

· Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reports

· Processing payroll and statutory payments

· Handling invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

· Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow

· Assisting with audits and tax-related matters

· Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

· Performing general administrative and financial tasks

· Supporting the team with analytical insights and reporting

Billing & Revenue Collection:

· Prepare and issue PF/invoices for clients

· Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances

· Provide clients with statements and payment confirmations

Profile:

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA 

· Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (experience in the legal/notary sector is an advantage)

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Familiarity with trust/escrow account management

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Working Hours:

· Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

· Saturday: 08:30 – 13:00
