Job Description

Super Screen Mauritius Ltd is currently seeking for a dedicated Technical Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, needs assessments and trainings
  • Prepare and present tailored technical proposals (screens, CMS, installations)
  • Advise clients on the most suitable solutions (hardware + software)
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations until closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

2. Project & Technical Coordination

  • Ensure all project requirements are clearly communicated internally
  • Assist in preparing technical specifications and BOQs
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support troubleshooting and coordinate after-sales service when needed
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to installation

3. Administrative & Assistant Duties (Support to LLB)

  • Prepare reports (sales pipeline, performance, forecasts)
  • Assist in preparing presentations for board meetings or clients
  • Coordinate internal meetings and ensure action points are followed
  • Handle email follow-ups and client communication when required
  • Support strategic initiatives and new business ideas execution 

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Update and maintain CRM with leads, opportunities, and client data
  • Track sales performance and pipeline status
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports 

5. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on digital signage trends and competitors
  • Propose new products, services, or revenue ideas
  • Support product positioning and pricing strategies 

Key Profile Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales (IT, AV, or digital signage preferred)
  • Strong understanding of hardware + software solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
