Job Description

Responsibilities: ( IT)

1.        Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution.

2.        Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

3.        Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

4.        Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration.

5.        Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

6.        Talk clients through a series of actions via phone until they’ve solved a technical issue.

7.        Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. N2, N3 or N4).

Skills:
  1. Basic knowledge in IT
  2. very fluent in French

Qualification/Skills:

  1. Higher School Certificate or equivalence
  2. IT literacy in software and hardware
  3. 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a French call center environment
  4. Good verbal and written communication in French
