- Support to coordinate, prepare, and follow-up on
internal and external manning audits across the organization.
- Assist in the research and analytics of specific
projects.
- Prepare the logistics, accommodation and itinerary
of appointed MLC Auditor(s).
- Review the audit Plan with the appointed MLC
Auditor(s) and ensure communication to the audited agency.
- Ensure availability of required documentation:
Audit Plan, Bookings.
- Ensure that the audit findings
(non-conformities, Observations and recommendations) are inputed in the
iAuditor digital report.
- Ensure that the audit report (either manual
report and iAuditor report) are uploaded onto Edoc for complete visibility by
stakeholders.
- Request the audited agencies to fill in the
feedback questionnaire on their experience with the audit intervention.
- Request the new Seafarers onboarded by the
International Manning Departments to fill in the feedback questionnaire on
their experience with the Manning/ Recruitment Departments.
- Support Head of departments by contributing to
the analysis of existing practices related to manning, payroll and cost control
activities.
- Consolidate all results and prepare reports for vetting by the Manning Audit Coordinator.
- Contribute to the improvement of audit tools,
templates, and processes.
- Participate in audits alongside qualified
auditors as and when instructed.
- Aim at taking audit responsibilities as Auditor
qualification, experience, and growth.
- Collaborate with members of the verticals: HR, Supply Chain,
Crewing, Quality on improvement initiative.
- Provide seamless backup support to teammates and handle position related tasks.
