Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for the Training Centre by promoting and selling training programs to corporate clients.
Qualifications:
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the academy.

Qualifications:
Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field Experience
2–4 years of experience in sales preferably in: Training / education services B2B or corporate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for training programs
Promote the Centre’s training offerings through calls emails meetings and networking
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Convert leads into confirmed enrolments
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Understand client training needs and recommend suitable programs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
3. Corporate Sales Engage with HR L&D and business leaders to promote corporate training solutions
Prepare and present customised training proposals
Negotiate pricing and close deals
4. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate leads through various channels (events referrals digital platforms partnerships)
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems
Follow up consistently on leads and inquiries
5. Market Awareness & Promotion
Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market demands
Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns events and webinars
Represent the Training Centre at networking events and exhibitions
6. Reporting & Administration Track and report on sales performance and activities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
