Job Profile
We are looking for a Functional Business Application Specialist will act as the link between business users and IT Teams, ensuring business applications effectively support operational needs. The job incumbent analyses business processed, translates requirements into functional specifications, configures and supports applications and guide users to optimise system usage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand the functional features of ERP or/ and CRM or/ and PowerBI and avail his/her skills in the exercise of his/her duty.
Functional knowledge in supply chain or/and Finance modules of on the shelves ERP like MS Business Central.
Perform implementation, configuration and testing of proposed solution as per project implementation plan.
Facilitator towards a high-performance ERP system to manage stock, sales, installation and aftersales services, ensuring it supports real-time visibility into operations.
Provide training to fellow team members on project rollouts, latest technologies and assist with their development.
Establish robust application support processes, including incident management, problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor application performance, identify potential issues and take proactive measures to maintain high availability and optimal performance.
Coordinate with IT operations teams to ensure smooth deployments, updates and upgrades of applications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bsc in Computer Science Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields.
- 2 to 3 years if experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
- Knowledge of CRM tool or/and PowerBI constitues a plus.
- Good analytical skills to bring high level and complex customer issues to resolution.
- Very good verbal, written communication in both English and French.
- A team player and willint to learn.
