Job Description
The
Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and handling all
incoming calls professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the
company while maintaining efficient communication flow within the organization.
S/He provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of
office. S/He schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out
administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

duties or equivalent.

Higher School Certification and relevant Experience

● Proven experience as a
receptionist or front desk officer.
● Knowledge of PABX system
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS
Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
● Attention to detail and
problem-solving skills.
● Adaptability and Resilience.
● Ethical conduct and
reliability.
● Excellent communication
(French and English – verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to remain calm in
stressful situations
● Strong customer service
skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
● Organizational and time
management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Problem-solving skills and
the ability to make quick decisions.
● Flexibility and adaptability
to work in a dynamic environment.
● This position operates in a
professional office environment.
● Routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers/laptops, phones, photocopiers/printers, etc.
● Must be able to sit for long
periods and walk around the office as necessary.
● Job open to Local Mauritian Residents ONLY.
● Monday to Friday: 08h30 till 17h00
● Saturday: 08h30 till 13h00
● Sunday & Public Holiday: OFF
● Local Leaves as from first month of employment
