Job Description
We are looking
for a sales support who will help in the back office and will work closely with
our Sales Representatives. He/She will assist the Sales Team to provide an
exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing
advice on Aqualia’s products and services
- Maintain an organized and
accessible file system for administrative and sales operations
- Follow up debtors and provide
reports as and when required
- Attend quotations and tenders and
submit within timeframe
- Responding to complaints from
customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Provide assistance to salespersons in their administrative tasks
- Any other administrative tasks related to sales operation.
Qualifications,
Skills and other requirements
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or
equivalent
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Good product knowledge
- Team player
- Attention to details
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position would be an advantage
