Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, promoting Aqualia Ltd’s range of water and infrastructure solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective field sales activities. This role focuses on prospecting, client visits, technical product promotion, and after‑sales support within the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively prospect and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell Aqualia Ltd’s range of products, including pipes, fittings, pumps, irrigation and water-related solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, agriculture, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular site and customer visits to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide product information, technical guidance, and basic after‑sales support.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries or complaints.

 

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts.
  • Maintain updated customer and opportunity records in the company’s sales system.

Requirement

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with good planning and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn product specifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in construction materials, water solutions, irrigation, or industrial products.
  • Valid driving licence.
