Job Description
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily transport and operational activities.
- Allocate vehicles, drivers, and resources efficiently.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure timelines are respected.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve issues in real time.
- Prepare and maintain planning reports and records.
- Optimize routes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Minimum SC .
- Experience in transport planning or logistics operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work odd hours (including weekends and shifts if required).
