About the Company

ModulSquare is a fast-growing company providing modular building solutions for offices, housing, construction, and commercial use.
We are looking for driven sales professionals to support our rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Prospect new clients (B2B & B2C) across Mauritius
* Manage and convert incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
* Conduct site visits and client meetings
* Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
* Prepare quotations and follow up until closing
* Coordinate with operations for project execution
* Maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting

👉 You are responsible for generating revenue, not just “following up”.


Candidate Profile

* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Results-driven mindset
* Comfortable with fieldwork and client interaction
* Organized and able to manage multiple leads
* Basic digital skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
* Driving license is an advantage
* Experience in sales, construction, or real estate is a plus
