Roles & Responsibilities

·       Process journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records

·       Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and receipts

·       Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records

·       Process payments on regular basis

·       Prepares and processes documentation related to accounts payable and receivable

·       Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required


Qualifications & Experience

·       Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/Finance or related field would be an advantage

·       Minimum of 1 year of experience in same position

·       Conversant with Microsoft office package and accounting software

 

Skills and profile

·       Good presentation & communications skills (oral & written)

·       Good customer skills and positive attitude

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work in a team

·      Excellent time management and organization skills to meet tight deadlines.
