Requirements:

Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Certification in a related customer service field would be an added advantage

Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are an added advantage

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access

Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
