Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator:

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Certification in a related customer service field would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are an added advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
