• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dynamic dashboards, complex formulas)
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights

📊 Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and tracking tools
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation across multiple sources
• Prepare insightful reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) for leadership
• Support strategic decision-making through in-depth data analysis
• Perform root cause analysis and scenario modelling for complex business challenges
• Create compelling visualizations and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs
• Monitor KPIs, benchmark performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and performance
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting processes
