Head of Inbound

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our inbound travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, team leadership, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all inbound operations and service delivery
• Lead, train, and manage the inbound and reservations team
• Develop strong relationships with global partners and local suppliers
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements
• Manage pricing, contracts, and profitability
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inbound tourism / DMC operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of travel operations and supplier management

2. Senior Reservation Officers

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to handle bookings and support inbound operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
• Ensure timely communication with clients and partners
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests

Requirements:

• Experience in reservations or travel operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office
