π― Key Responsibilities
- Attend site meetings and take detailed notes
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) π
- Ensure proper follow-up on actions and decisions
- Organize meetings and manage schedules π
- Handle document filing and record management
- Manage calls and ensure effective communication π
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders π€
π€ Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry ποΈ
- Valid driving licence π
- Dynamic, organized, and proactive
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Good communication skills, fluent in french both spoken and written
