Dream Construction Ltd is a construction company specializing luxury villas / infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support cost management and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

                •              Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

                •              Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

                •              Monitor project costs and variations

                •              Conduct site measurements and valuations

                •              Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts

                •              Manage subcontractor payments and contracts

                •              Ensure projects stay within budget and timeline

                •              Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams

                •              Identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

                •              Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

                •              Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction industry

                •              Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

                •              Experience in BOQ preparation and cost control

                •              Proficiency in Excel and QS software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, AutoCAD is a plus)

                •              Good communication and negotiation skills

                •              Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

                •              Experience in luxury or villa projects

                •              Knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC is a plus)

                •              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
