Job Description
We’re looking for a Fashion Content Creator to bring the Body & Soul brand to life across all communication touchpoints: from in-store screens to social media and campaign visuals.
This role is ideal for a creative and fashion-driven profile with a strong sense of styling, who can develop relevant content concepts and lead their execution from idea to final output, while working within a clear brand and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to develop content concepts aligned with brand positioning, collections, and campaign objectives
- Translate seasonal collections into strong visual narratives and creative directions, in line with the vision set by stylists and fashion designers
- Propose relevant creative concepts, ensuring they are well-filtered, brand-aligned, and ready for validation
- Plan, coordinate, and lead photo and video shoots (indoor & outdoor), including team coordination (models, beauty team, photographers, etc.)
- Take ownership of fashion styling and outfit curation, ensuring coherence with brand identity and current trends
- Direct talent and creative teams on set to achieve the desired visual outcome
- Create and oversee content adapted for multiple uses: social media, retail campaigns, branding, and in-store communication
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain a strong, recognizable visual identity
- Stay highly in tune with fashion, cultural, and social media trends, translating them into relevant and accessible brand content
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment
- Maintain an organized and usable library of content assets
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion content creation, styling, or creative marketing
- Experience in planning and directing shoots, working with photographers and creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion content, styling, and shoot direction
- Experience in retail or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative eye with a genuine passion for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
- Ability to develop relevant and brand-aligned content concepts, with a clear understanding of when to propose and when to follow direction
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, silhouettes, and styling logic
- Ability to interpret and translate a given creative direction (from stylists / designers) into impactful content, without reinventing it
- Good awareness of social media culture and reference brands, and ability to adapt content accordingly
- Good understanding of photography and video production workflows (without being the shooter)
- Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and frequent content needs
- This role requires strong adaptability and the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-moving retail environment
- Positive mindset, collaborative attitude, and ability to take and integrate feedback constructively
